Commercial Works

Carris Construction carried out work to resurface a car park and access way within a business park;

Works included; removal of existing surface, raising and resetting of drains and service accesses, reinstatement of asphalt surface,

repairs to carriageway block laid area, concrete and line marking of entire area. Below are the results of the work completed in February 2006.

Resurfacing completed in Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA). Protective barriers surrounding fuel tanks.
	Fuel storage area surfaced in finished concrete. Asphalt unsuitable due to reaction to fuel spillage
		Main car park area reinstated.
Parking bay Lining completed on existing block surfaced area
	Access possible through duration of works. Managed works schedule allows for minimal business disruption
